According to the requirement of 《Interim Measures on Public Participation for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) 》(issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration of China (SEPA) on Feb. 14, 2006 (No. 28) , we hereby publish the information for Environment Impact Assessments for Red Board(Jiang Xi) Ltd.   4. Environmental protection measures for the construction project and its technical and economical demonstration.
  5. Economic Implication Analysis of the Environmental Impacts caused by the Construction Project.
  6. Suggestion of Environmental Monitoring measures on the Construction Project.
  7. Conclusion of EIA.

5. Key Consideration of Public Response Collection

  1. Public satisfaction survey for present local environmental quality condition of the Construction Project location.
  2. Main factors influencing the local environmental quality & major source of environmental pollution.
  3. Public understanding and response about the Construction Project.
  4. Public attitude towards the construction project from the view of environmental protection after getting known about the construction project.
  5. Public suggestion & requirement about environmental protection for the construction project.

6. Channels for Expressing Public Opinions
After relative information is made public, the Public can send letters, faxes, E-mails or leave a message on the website or any other convenient ways to submit suggestions to construction party or EIA institution. In the course of EIA prosecution, questionnairewill be distributed to collect suggestions from the public community around the construction project location.
